It is committed to the research, development and industrialization of CdTe POWER GLASS, the production and sales of high-purity dissipated metals, and the design, installation and operation of BIPV systems. 2009 2009-12-16 CNBM (Chengdu) Optoelectronic Apollo Solar Co., Ltd. was officially established

2011 2011 he theoretical method of CdTe compound technology was proposed internationally for the first time

2012 2012 Cadmium Telluride Materials Research Center of New Jersey Institute of Technology was renamed CNBM Optoelectronic Materials Research Center in the United States.

2013 2013-10-14 The Company was renamed as CNBM (Chengdu) Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd.

2015 2015 The laboratory achievement of CdTe solar power structural glass has been listed as a "Major Project to Enhance the Core Competitiveness of the National Manufacturing Industry" by the National Development and Reform Commission, and awarded a special fund of RMB 159 million from the National Development and Reform Commission.

2017 2017-04 The world's first piece of CdTe solar power structural glass (1.92m2) rolled off the production line successfully.

2018 2018-04 The world's first 100MW industrial production line of CdTe solar power structural glass was fully put into operation.

2019 CdTe solar power glass technology was awarded the Edison Awards in the United States and included in the Guidance List of the Application Demonstration of the First Batch of Key New Materials (2019 Edition), and CNBM (Chengdu) Optoelectronic Materials Co., Ltd. was rated as National Green Plant.

2020 2020-06 The conversion efficiency of CdTe solar power glass by laboratory was high than 19.3%.

2021 2021 The conversion efficiency by the production line was up to 16.18%, and the CdTe solar power glass was selected to participate in the National “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” Scientific and Technological Innovation Achievement Exhibition.

2020 The conversion efficiency of CdTe solar power glass by laboratory exceeded 20.24%, the conversion efficiency by production line was 15.8%, and the product was included in the Catalog for Promotion of Green Technologies (2020 Edition).

2022 The conversion efficiency by laboratory was increased to 20.46%
